MORNING HABIT CHANGE YOUR LIFE

THE MILLION DOLLAR MORNING                           HABITS

"SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE  ACHIEVE SO MUCH  SUCCESS "

You know what makes highly successful people less stressed, happier and more productive? They know that their personal priorities are worth more than other people’s priorities.
Upon waking up, these significantly successful professionals don’t immediately check their email – they make it a point to claim the early hours of the day as their “me” time.
After all, these extraordinary people believe that if their priority needs to be done, then it has to be done first.
What do highly successful entrepreneurs and executives do upon waking up in the morning? Let’s learn from this morning routine for success:

5:00 AM - WAKE UP
There is a 25th hour in the day. You’ve just been sleeping through it. Getting up an hour earlier is going to take time to adjust to, but once you make it a habit, you will never look back. Research has shown, not only are early risers more optimistic and conscientious, they also anticipate problems and minimize them more efficiently.  Which of course is crucial to success in the business world.

6:00AM - MEDITATE
Meditation is a loose term referring to any of a family of practices in which the practitioner trains their mind or self-induces a mode of consciousness in order to realise some benefit. Loosely, meditation refers to the state of the mind when you are in yoga (in union), and actually means yoga (union)

6:30 AM -READ
Americans read fewer and fewer books each year. Last year, a survey by the National Endowment for the Arts found that only 43% of U.S. adults read any type of literature not required for work or school--a percentage that is a three-decade low.
Apparently these statistics don't apply to the busiest and most successful people.
  • Warren Buffet reads 500 pages a day
  • Mark Cuban reads 3 hours a day
  • Bill Gates reads 50 books a year

7:30 AM- BREAKFAST
Breakfast is arguably the most important meal of the day. Whether your goal is weight loss or simply to be healthy, it is imperative that you make eating breakfast a regular habit. The benefits are numerous, ranging from lower rates of diabetes to increased satiety and weight loss.

When you skip your morning meal, you are telling your body that food may be hard to come by and that it should conserve energy. Thus, what happens is, is your metabolism slows and your body attempts to store fat.
Fortunately, we are no longer attempting to survive in the wild and we have a plentiful source of food and calories. However, your body does not know this. By eating breakfast to start your day, you will jumpstart your metabolism and be well on your way to reach your health goals.
With all the overwhelming evidence showing the importance of consuming a healthy and hearty breakfastit is crazy that so many people are still skipping the meal. According to the market research company, NPD group, approximately 18% of males and 13% of females between the ages of 35 and 54 skip breakfast.
